Zinchenko Igor Nikolaevich

He was born on March 25, 1971, in the village of Shadrino, Kozulsky District, Krasnoyarsk Territory. From 1988 to 1993 — studied at Krasnoyarsk State University. From 1993 — investigator, later deputy head of the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. From 1999 — judge of the Minusinsk City Court of Krasnoyarsk Territory. From 2003 — judge of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court. From 2016 — judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. By Resolution No. 374-SF of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation dated July 19, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Appeals Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
