On 22nd December 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On the practice of criminal sentencing by courts of the Russian Federation and on amending certain rulings of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 1st December 2015.

2. On approving the personal compositions of presidiums of courts in accordance with Item 9 of Part 3 of Article 5 of the Federal Constitutional Law No. 3-FKZ of 5th February 2014 “On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation”.

 

On 17th December 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On judicial practice in cases regarding extortion (Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 10th December 2015.

2. On certain issues of application of legislation regarding the reimbursement of costs pertaining to the consideration of a case.

 

On 10th December 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On judicial practice in cases regarding extortion (Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

2. On approving the personal compositions of presidiums of courts in accordance with Item 9 of Part 3 of Article 5 of the Federal Constitutional Law No. 3-FKZ of 5th February 2014 “On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation”.

 

On 1st December 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On the practice of criminal sentencing by courts of the Russian Federation and on amending certain rulings of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

2. On amending Ruling of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 26 of 27th November 2012 “On Application of Norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, Regulating Proceedings in an Appellate Court”.

 

On 24th November 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On the application by courts of legislation, regulating the labour of sportsmen and coaches.

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 19th November 2015.

2. On approving the personal compositions of presidiums of courts in accordance with Item 9 of Part 3 of Article 5 of the Federal Constitutional Law No. 3-FKZ of 5th February 2014 “On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation”.

 

On 19th November 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issue:

On the application by courts of legislation, regulating the labour of sportsmen and coaches.

 

On 17th November 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On appointing a judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to the Judicial Chamber for Cases of the Military of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. 

2. On the application of legislation by courts in consideration of certain issues arising in enforcement proceedings.

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 12th November 2015.

3. On amending Ruling of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 8 of 21st April 2009 “On Judicial Practice of Parole, Replacement of the Rest of the Punishment by a Milder Type of Punishment” and Ruling No. 21 of 20th December 2011 “On the Practice of Application by Courts of Legislation Regulating the Execution of the Sentence”.

 

On 12th November 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On the application of legislation by courts in consideration of certain issues arising in enforcement proceedings. 

2. On approving the personal compositions of presidiums of courts in accordance with Item 9 of Part 3 of Article 5 of the Federal Constitutional Law No. 3-FKZ of 5th February 2014 “On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation”.

 

On 13th October 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On certain issues pertaining to the introduction of procedures applied in cases of insolvency (bankruptcy) of citizens.

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 29nd September 2015.

2. On introducing a draft federal law “On Amendments to Article 153.1 of the Commercial Procedure Code of the Russian Federation” in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

3. On approving the personal compositions of presidiums of courts in accordance with Item 9 of Part 3 of Article 5 of the Federal Constitutional Law No. 3-FKZ of 5th February 2014 “On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation”.

1. On certain issues regarding the application of norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation regarding the term of limitation of legal action.

2. On introducing draft federal laws “On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Judicial Procedure of the Russian Federation and Certain Federal Laws” and “On Amendments to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation” in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

3. On additional members of the Scientific-Consultative Council under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

4. On approving the personal compositions of presidiums of courts in accordance with Item 9 of Part 3 of Article 5 of the Federal Constitutional Law No. 3-FKZ of 5th February 2014 “On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation”.

5. On a draft federal law regarding the number of justices of the peace and of judicial districts in Republic of Mordovia.

 

On 31st July 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issue:

On introducing draft federal laws “On Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, regarding the Improvement of Grounds and Manner of Relief from Criminal Liability” and on corresponding amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

 

On 7th July 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On judicial practice in cases regarding the legalisation (laundering) of monetary funds or other property, acquired by criminal means and on acquisition or sale of property knowingly obtained by criminal means.

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 15th June 2015.

2. On approving the personal compositions of presidiums of courts in accordance with Item 9 of Part 3 of Article 5 of the Federal Constitutional Law No. 3-FKZ of 5th February 2014 “On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation”.

 

On 30th June 2015,

the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation discussed the following issues:

1. On certain issues arising in the consideration by courts of cases regarding the challenge of assessment results of cadastre value of real property objects.

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 2nd June 2015.

2. On the practice of application by courts of legislation guaranteeing the right to protection in criminal proceedings.

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 4th June 2015.

3. On amendments to the Ruling of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 14 of 15th June 2006, “On judicial practice in cases regarding crimes involving narcotics, psychotropic, potent and poisonous substances”.

The draft ruling was discussed at the session of 15th June 2015.
